Massage therapy is a treatment that involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It is often used to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and alleviate pain.
Massage therapy can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, relieve pain and tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being.
The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. I can help you determine the best schedule for you.
